About sixty-forty in favor of retaining a woman’s right to choice. And this in one of the country’s most reliably conservative states.
Said it before and I’ll say it again. This was never “pro-life” versus “pro-choice.” It was always pro-choice versus anti-choice. Nothing ever forced a woman who was against abortion to have one. The Anti-Choice movement is about using government to control your neighbor’s behavior based on your own religious beliefs and is therefore a violation of basic American principles of governance.
